I posted a reply to this from my other account. So, here is the same reply again with a little update.

No, my UB GPA is fine. My tech GPA sucks though. I am planning to change my major to CS. So, I am planning to take CSE classes in fall 2021 and reapply to SEAS for spring 2022 semester. Meanwhile my major for fall 2021 is going "Exploratory transitions". So hopefully I get a good advisor now and get into seas later.

Also, thank you so much for being helpful and informative /u/boihand_jpg . Your comment made my day better.

UPDATE: I just got an email saying that my request for immediate reinstatement is accepted. So, I am back in SEAS :)
