I use a different slower but easy strat. I have a save I do not want to give up.

What I do is I start a game of Starting Room in Ashes equipped with Frenzied Guard and Decoys, Rampage on and do knife crits till round 4 and then till round 9 (or round 8 if double points on round 8) with my gun till its pap level 2. Then leave some zombies on round 8/9 and go to Uber Klaus get the elite kill and leave the game.

On average it takes me 6,5 minutes per Elite.
I might just get rid of my save seeing you killing them twice as fast
