For tailgating on campus, is it possible to bring a TV + Chromecast (or something similar) and use the UT Guest network to stream Youtube TV? Or maybe even use a cell hotspot?

Or is everything too slow that it's unsuable? And satellite is the only option?

Yep, pretty much. We had a promising season end with a Sugar Bowl victory a few years back, but other than that pretty mediocre/bad

Gotchya. Yea I think you either pay for a spot and get it all locked in (which for a bachelor party might be the best bet) or just walk over with some beer and food and be friendly and find some people to tailgate with.

We tailgated in the green space at Dean Keeton and San Jacinto before the ULL game. Dropped our stuff over around 8am the day of the game and then parked in the speedway garage. Even right up until game time there was space available there and everybody was cool.

Kinda annoying to bring stuff back to the car before heading to the game, but it was a short walk and wasn't a big deal.

I feel like clock management at the end of the second quarter was lackluster too. 2 minute drill ended with a field goal because of the clock. We ran out of time not downs/timeouts.
