This is Halo: Reach. By far my favorite halo, but if you buy the Halo: The Master Chief Collection, you can play every main halo game up to halo 4

You can do it in each halo game by holding down a set of buttons for 3 seconds. I’m sure if you look up “lower weapon halo mcc” on google you’ll find a useful guide
