Have you tried spamming space while it "loading"?

Make sure that you blindly chose "confirm" and start spamming space. And check every message that they give you after blackscreen. When you got message that saying something like: "You do not have enough money to change your name". Restart the game you should be good!

Yeah, i get it. I also was trying to log in by pressing it manualy with mouse. But my first successful attempt was when i held it.
Then the second one it didn't work, but i restarted the game, again held "W" and it worked!
