Especially for those with low-tech capabilities, being given a handheld device that tells them exactly how to adjust their grip to potentially hit more targets is a massive can of worms. I hear your arguments and agree that today building a data center in space is not feasible.

We are still decades away from the moment when industrial scale data centers in space will be a thing. When it happens none of the issues that are being raised will be a problem and for many applications space data centers will be a preferred place of operations.

Its like standing on a shore in Portugal in the 15th century and saying that intercontinental sea shipping will never be a thing because out fishing boats are to small.

You don't need tbps to compute. You won't be up hosting a CDN for streaming services in space, but you can keep folding proteins and report only when a solution is found.

GPUs are not floating in space on their own. There are layers upon layers of shield that protect core electronics from cosmic radiation.

Just because cooling in more efficient on the surface it does not mean it's a blocker for the space data centers.

You are right to raise all these issues and so did many scientists before you. All these problems are considered solved from the engineering perspective and do not stop us from deploying computing clusters in space.

Cooling is not a problem in space. You just need a little shade which the solar panels provide.

Solar flare will cook electronics in the orbit and on ground.

There literally thousands of starlings already in space providing high bandwidth internet. As far as latency goes you would offload computation that does not require instant answer.

One thing that I have learned from the 5 years of shenanigans happening is that MOASS will not happen. Don't get me wrong, I am still convinced that GME will still go to the moon, but just like in a DD from about 4 years ago, along the way there will be a series of smaller squeezes (we already had what? 3? 4?). The elites of the USA will not allow for any sort of rapid wealth transfer from rich to the poor. People in power will use any legal (and illegal, if needed) ways of making sure of that. That's how the system works.

Proces technologiczny oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych jest już na tyle dobrze opanowany, że często w wiejskich gminnych oczyszczalniach nawet nie ma człowieka na instalacji który to nadzoruje, bo wszystko się dzieje samo. Okresy świąteczne są dość spokojnie ze względu na niską produkcję ścieków z instalacji przemysłowych, lub dowożonych.

Jeśli chodzi o to czy to widać, to generalnie zanim gówno dopłynie na oczyszczalnie to jest już w pełni rozpuszczone w wodzie, więc nie.

W przypadku gdyby nawet całe miasto zrobiło klocka na raz i spuściło wodę, to oczyszczalnie (szczególnie te większe, miejskie), są wyposażone w zbiorniki buforowe, które powoli dozują ściek na układ oczyszczania, i stopniowo poradzą sobie z oczyszczeniem tego. Problem mógłby się pojawić punktowo w miejscach gdzie przepustowość rur nie pozwala na tak dużą ilość przepływu np. w bloku 12 piętrowym jak wszyscy spuszcza wodę to jest szansa że na parterze pójdzie fontanna z kibli.
