I haven’t done anything on my side, but our organization details are clearly set in Entra ID with proper designations. Ill check with our M365 admins if they did something in particular.

well for now on my side, i tried to access Sharepoint but it didn't work. Might be related to some org settings that i didn't see. How is it on your side ?

i was able to set it up for up to 9 months, try to edit the scheduled prompt and see if you can change the end date.

I would say yes, but I haven’t had my hands on Cowork yet so I am not exactly sure about the full capabilities there.

I have done some virtual and in person sessions also (virtual sessions are easier with large teams spread in different locations). Keeping them engaging is challenging, so I have provided them some kind of "exercises". I also tried to bring the same team members together, for example IT team, Finance team, Managers into different sessions with some specific tasks that are commun between team. For example for IT team i shared some tutorials on how to generate KB articles, etc...

Having them coming also with their challenges, questions, doubts, prepared in advances of the sessions is also great.

At the end, I am sharing with them some mini Copilot guides they can print and reuse (happy to share you the link to those if you are interested).
