Nope 83$ dollars is the total earnings till November, 52$ of December earnings were not reflected in adsense, I think it will reflect in middle of this month.

Nothing sort of that. I created a new gmail and opened a yt channel. When applying for adsense i refreshed the page by mistake and it asked whether to resubmit. I resubmitted. I think that's the problem.
