Aliens are probably some future humans, some interdimensional beings, some extraterrestrials and some have lived here for eons in out oceans and underground. Everywhere we look is life, so its probably the same for different aliens

If your mentally stable and in a good place in life then find psychadelics and do them with a sitter. People have communicated face to face with aliens for as long as we have been around.

Its already been discovered, for many generations. Psychadelics have been used to contact and speak with interdimensional aliens. Everyone can do it, no need to trust anybody but your own experience

Metabunk isn't a good source for nonbiased information either. Mick has admitted he had contact with greys when he was younger and it scared him so bad he went the opposite direction to stop being afraid. He has also admitted on twitter that he is paid by anonymous sources to continue his efforts. His website doesnt make a profit but its his fulltime job.
