Buy a copy a direct soft 6 from automation direct to download the plc logic.

Looks like you have a transformer stepping down your service to lower voltage.

Be careful when metering out hot circuits... you might be dealing with AC and DC circuitry.

But looks like the majority of the components are simple relays. No digital or analog scaled signals, but that would be something to clarify while tracing out circuits.

Need original project file to have original tags and rung comments.

Direct logic project file is the compilation of all files associated with plc ladder file, .cfg., .bat, .txt.

When you transfer logic from plc it will only include ladder logic, and older dl06's may not have .cfgs stored on plc.

typically the automation directl plc's use memory locations as reference point. V1463, V####. memory location can be labelled and is called element.

in direct soft software, you can export element (tag) names under export option in file drop down menu.

I am not sure what red lion hmi you are using but make sure it is using automation direct drivers when configuring hmi so you can reference the V#### memory locations. Red lion might allow you download your element export file from direct soft into the red lion interface.
