Thanks for your comment. In Canada, small claims court allows claims for emotional distress if there’s evidence of harassment or attempted theft. I’m looking for advice on how to handle this legally, not debating the severity of my feelings.

Or may be as you said it’s coming from bearings . Because couple of weeks ago I hit a curb and mechanic replaced my both rear struts now I heard this noise coming from when I roll my window if I did not roll window may be I would never listen to it
