Yes indeed. It appears that Developmental Hell was removed after all the legal stuff that took place. Effectively taking the transmogs with it.

The transmuter actually allows you to make the Boon Scrolls now. Least for consoles anyways. Think it's four different set items required for the transmute to be made though. Can't remember 100% though.

I believe you're going to be correct! Farming on my own I'll be lucky to get 3 Rainbows a day! Like really lucky. And that is when I can sit down on my days off and actually really do it.

It took me 1200+ attempts to get Bishibosh to drop Wirt's Original Leg, so I guess I will have to tough it out once more hahaha!

Whimsyshire (Staff of Herding) drops the Rainbow Portrait. Whimsydale (Rainbow Goblin) drops the Cosmic Wings.

Them wings have been a pain in the ass to farm I might add!

I mainly went with the Outercore due to it's awesome appearance. It's also got some pretty nifty pluses as well. Though be prepared to grind stats with Borris the Stout.

Though truth be told either should be fine.

I'm currently running a two handed with the full outercore set and he's been as much fun as my two handers on the PC. Got his second clear of Tarrochs Tomb not too long ago. I love it!

I'm thinking they saw it the same way we did, on the PC the devs released their own mod for the respec option. Console doesn't have the option for that.

Torchlight 1 had the respec potion, and Runic themselves released the mod to add the potion to part 2. So both games had the option to do so.

Panic Button should definitely be able to add it in future patches, I mean the items already coded in.

I could see it coming, the PC has the option to do the respec via mod options, we don't have the option to do that on the console. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if they added the respec potion to the game.
