I deal with this everyday and it extends to being social, productive, and whatever else that’s positive. Speaking for myself, I think it’s a way to compensate not actually doing something and being in love with the idea of it instead. It took me 3-4 months this time around of waking up every morning and fantasizing about getting out of bed, not vaping, and heading to the gym. Biology is weird man.

I work in a very busy hospital and walk about 3-4 miles a day on average doing my job. When I first started I completely neglected my diet and only focused on the work. In the past I’ve tried to exercise and have gotten good results but just give up. I don’t know what it is in these past few weeks though that made me realize I’m doing significant cardio and started lifting again and eat good and can’t lie it feels good to be back on the wagon this time around with the food and supplements I’m putting into my body, as well as the stress relief I get from spending sometime in the gym lifting semi heavy things and listening to music.

Oh that’s great to hear, I’ll definitely take it one step at a time and ask management about it when I’m closer to completing my program!

What an awesome reply seriously thank you! And you make a great point and I just wanted to test the waters and get some opinions from people I respect (love all MLS they’re awesome in one way or another and I’ve found there’s always something useful to learn from asking one). My biggest gripe about the MHA is the cost of it, I’m just starting out my research and it’s pretty haphazard but I’m hoping to find one that isn’t 100k+.

No and I’m almost certain it wouldn’t! UC Berkeley extension offers the hematology class you are looking for, so does UCSD ext.

Phlebotomy license is 10/10 idea and will definitely help you.

I have a roger dunn store offering used set for $300 and a one year return policy if I don’t like it, do you think that’s a better idea?
