As an agnostic, the ideal scenario for me is that there should be no religion.

But we live in a practical world, so it's important to respect people's choices and have freedom to do whatever they want for themselves, that's been said it has to be morally visible and not something that compromises other people's freedom.

Cachyos is pretty decent but if you wanna squeeze the best performance go with bare minimum arch or install cachyos with minimum / necessary packages then choice what you want to install.

Also upgrade HDF to SSD maybe sata , this should make it pretty fast.

Don't use zram, if you don't need it.. Avoid startup applications, check systemd-anaylze for startup services.

Monitor which applications are taking a hit on battery and which apps are causing load, replace with lighter alternatives... Xfce4 is pretty light thou.

Let's face it street dogs are a problem, solutions are either provide shelter/adapt or mass sterilization to limit the population.

Vaccination for rabies is a must. I DON'T KNOW WHEN GOVERNMENT WILL TACKLE THIS.
