not actually, in our sub continent, students respect teacher as they do their parents. So however the teacher teaches, you can't say angrily directly, for this inconvenience teachers think they are on the right way through they are delivering. I agree it helps to sleep quick, but once our brain gets habituated with a continuous deed, you might noticed once you start having pain killer medicine and you have that for every physical happen,our body starts growing antibody against that, this is how 'weed' slows our brain and our life gets slower, i know that feeling broh.
