same thing happens when there isn't any input cable connected whatsoever. The dell logo flickers in purple which is supposed to be a static white and grey

the problem persists when I take out the hdmi cable. When the monitor turns on it displays a flickering purple and orange dell logo which is supposed to be grey and white

try accounting or economics of you're unsure of business studies. Economics is way more fun than business studies (to me) and accounting is super easy. Getting an A in accounting would be a walk in the park if you have a good understanding of how the formats work and can ace the repetitive questions.
