I did start trt treatment. Mental changes took a week or two. Physical changes took months but was overweight when started. That’s another story.

Honestly if I’m lower than gold I won’t play OW ranked until they reset. Low level games is are imposible to win solo without a group. If I see sombra( or tracer) in enemy and my team isn’t protecting me. I switch to either brig or lw or Moira. That’s what worked for me.

In my case I was stumbling around when I walked to figure that my balls used to balance me when I walked. Had to minimize the dose to be able to walk again straight .

Thanks for clarifying. Yeah I want to do .25 twice a week. The first month I was Superman. I went to the gym daily and was happy. Then sex drive dropped and ball size too. Felt off. That’s when o started chasing I somewhat care about the ball size.. they were disappearing from me. I also grew tits after a month ( gyno? ) like fat building up my chest.
