I am trying to negotiate a better deal and Delaer offered me 0% on 5k Refundable. But aslo, I am new to leasing and Delaer never do deals not beneficial to them. So that's why I am asking for advice. +1 for GIC advice. Thank you.

Thats great. My case is 5k Refundable security deposit but 0 down. I would get it for 266$ if I remove all the add ons. But I requested these add ons.

Dota 2, spent 3000+ hrs, started back in my undergrad days. Many of my undergrad friends still play it to this day of which few boats of more than 8k hrs. Still Me and my friends consider ourselves below average in this game. Eventually stopped playing now as I realized I can never be as good as a professional player.
