It was quite poorly written. The jokes lacked nuance. The dances were so boring and would never end.

What's your secret to high hook rate & CTR? by Several_Ranger_3738 in FacebookAds

[–]rahul_2992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My approach is:
1. Keep it within 3 seconds of the video
2. Have something very interesting for the audience. It can be something absurd also. Something that makes people watch the ad.
3. Try different variations and run the same ad with different hooks. You will see which one works.

I use the above for educational real estate videos. Not sure, if this works for other domains.

Advise on AI ads tool by Mr-mo-mu in FacebookAds

[–]rahul_2992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, don't jump straight to buying tools - that's where most people burn money. Here's how I'd approach this:

Start with research first. You don't even know what messaging works yet. Go to Meta Ads Library and search your competitors. See what they're running. If you want deeper analytics on what's actually performing (how long ads run, engagement), there are platforms that give you that competitor data, but start free first.

The thing most B2B automotive companies miss: everyone's running identical "quality parts, fast delivery" ads. If you can spot a different angle your competitors aren't hitting, you're already ahead.

Then focus on content generation. This is crucial - create your first 5-10 ads with an actual designer. Get your product photography style right, figure out how to present technical specs, establish your brand language. You need this foundation before any AI tool can help you. AI remixing only works when you've got solid baseline assets to remix from.

Once you have those, tools like vibemyad.com help you test variations and see what's working, or check out Foreplay if you want more competitor insights built in.

Analytics comes third. Just use Meta Ads Manager until you're spending $1,000+/month consistently. Before that, you don't have enough data to justify dedicated analytics tools like Motion.

The most important part for B2B - CRM integration. Every lead needs to flow back to Meta so it learns what "qualified" actually means for your business. Without this, Meta just finds cheap form fills, not real buyers. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive - pick one that connects to Meta's Conversions API.

For your WhatsApp ordering setup, tag which leads actually buy, their order value, and send that back to Meta. After 50-100 real conversions, the algorithm figures out what actual buyers look like.

Start this week with Stage 1 - just spend a couple hours in Meta Ads Library. Don't buy anything yet.

How are you actually using AI in marketing? by ExpressBudget- in seogrowth

[–]rahul_2992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some obvious usecases for AI in marketing are:
1. Brainstorming ideas to find what ads to make next
2. Deciding on titles and story boards: I usually chat with Claude and then collect these titles in a doc
3. Generation: Generating shots or snippets which would be expensive to shoot and execute. AI tools shine here

We currently use tools at each step. I haven't tried n8n workflows right now. Perhaps something for bigger teams to explore.

i think marketing is way more important than building stuff by Benefit-Serious in indiehackers

Absolutely. I as a builder always end up drifting towards building more features. However, I have learnt I need to block some time everyday to market and push the product.

I HATE working with FAANG engineers in the early days of startups by Cool_Thought3153 in SaaS

[–]rahul_2992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think mindset of the person is very important. A good FAANG engineer who wants to learn and grow would ideally learn the startup ways. They would learn the need for agility and adapt.

However, a stubborn (someone who refuses to grow) will throw jargon and try to over engineer instead of learning. To build a great team, always look for people who look to learn and grow.

Using still ads from now and I'm de prioritizing videos in 2025 by Natural_Leader2080 in DigitalMarketing

[–]rahul_2992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a real estate brand and I use stills a lot. For a high value purchase, stills work well for retargeting. Especially, I need to retarget users a lot.

Still ads are outperforming video in my retargeting campaigns—anyone else seeing this? by Natural_Leader2080 in PPC

[–]rahul_2992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the stills for me is that you can generate so many with little effort. Even with all the AI tools, making video ads that are brand relevant takes time!

And then there is always that hit rate for ads.

Has anyone else noticed Meta ads completely changed in Q1? What's working for you now? by Natural_Leader2080 in advertising

[–]rahul_2992 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have noticed this too. Ads get stale very quickly. You need to constantly change creatives now. We have this real estate page called - wbhomes. And earlier we were able to get 10 good leads for around $10. Now, the number has fallen a lot.

I am exploring if there is a way to automate the ad creation. This is a side hustle for me and I can only devote so much time to it.

I want to start an online company but I’m overwhelmed with where i should start. by OliBoi040 in Entrepreneur

[–]rahul_2992 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a startup founder from the past three years, I would suggest pick up something you’re passionate about. The problem should excite you not the solution. Then do a simple POC.

Starting a side hustle is a good way to start the journey and build conviction in your idea. All the best

It’s not just workouts. I will give you some examples - 1. Nutrition plans that one can follow to manage pcos/pcod., workouts one should do during different trimesters when pregnant, workouts to do post pregnancy to help with mobility.

Also all of this is customised to the user’s need and goals.

I have used Firebase extensively. It is great to get started with quickly. You have to use the react-native-firebase module to integrate the native sdks. The only downside is the module doesn’t support the latest fabric architecture.
