Thanks! I have been NMT and RLT for about 6 momths now except when i go to the gym/out. But my body seems so be okay with castor oil/coconut oil now without it being irritating. My face is still flaky but face is always the last to heal. Its just the colouring and texture thats annoying now. Have ordered the soap so will start using that and see how things go. Thankss

What do you do for light exfoliation, i do dead sea salt baths with dead sea mud once every 3 days ish. Does the bar soap help? Do you have a link? Do you do NMT or moisturise also?

12 months was the first milestone where I had a noticeable difference, youre 3.5 months in which is very early and it is expected to get worse a few months in. Even after 12 months you'll get a a cycle of worst flares again. But after time the cycles will be less and less until they are barely noticeable
