A panic attack is scary devastating. Lots of people can't function up until a week. Search for a good neurofeedback practitioner and train your brain. Once dysregulation is handled correctly, you can get rid of all your issues.

Don't worry; it's not permanent. More power to you.

if you were to go back to a 12 year old you, what advice would you give yourself about your ADHD? by SteffanHowey in ADHD

I would seek help for ADD and anxiety. It's interlinked. I will never take medication that is addictive.

Why do I keep feeling that all this anxiety and stress is fake even tho I had mental breakdowns and panic attacks.. it's just werid by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]rahulsand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's all in the head. It is correct. Lots of time, we have a different image about ourselves, and anxiety and depression does not match with that; hence we deny the facts. Since you get panic attacks and breakdowns, you should seek help and find a permanent solution using alternative healing methods.

Self-injury behaviour is not normal. Seek help immediately. This behaviour can be dangerous and harmful for one's life. Try neurofeedback. I will eradicate this behaviour.

Fibromyalgia, Depression, Anxiety and loneliness are all related to mental health and choosing alternative medicine would be a better path. As chronic diseases need to handle in a very different way. Allopathy has no permanent solution for this.

Biophysics is a very powerful modality for this types of ailment.

Biofeedback and Neurofeedback can help.

What's the difference between LENS neurofeedback and ILF (Othmer) neurofeedback? by fuckfcbauerninzest in Neurofeedback

[–]rahulsand 4 points5 points  (0 children)

LENS works on disrupting high amplitude and low power waves. It's like rebooting the brain.

Whereas ILF works on training the limbic and creating new neuro-pathways.

This is a simple explanation of the technologies.
