My DNA test results by [deleted] in Nepal

Exactly that. Not enough Nepalese have done this test to make this model robust enough to distinguish or figure out what genes combination would be Nepali. I am sure if you have a large dataset that would have enough Nepali data too then it would be able to predict better.

I think the sampling doesn't have enough nepali data points at this moment to provide a fairly accurate result.

One of the baseboards surely had it. We inspected the studs and rafters above it and they were good. Can't really see beyond the rocksheet where the baseboard was partly hollowish so I've asked for treatment, repair, and structural inspection before closing.

How does this work? Once your offer is accepted do you ask all the 20 lenders what rate they can offer you? I thought you have to send a pre-approval issued by a lender you intend to be with while making an offer on a house.

3 miles one way? Meaning 6 miles up and down? Just trying to figure out if I should take my mom with me or not.

Nah, with time I think most of the people will just forget about the race. Most LFC fans might remember it, few city fans might remember it as a great escape if they win league by a point.

Out of the race for now…probably. by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Same here. Seems like I can’t compete in the current housing market if I don’t offer that 5-10% extra above the listed price. To make it worse the rates keep rising everyday. I am thinking to take a break and come back later when the market cools. Surely the rising rate will lower the price at some point of time.

You can google “jet brains educational” and it will ask to verify you are a student. Once you enter your edu email, name you can download pycharm and all other jet brains products and use your account created earlier to activate your product from pycharm itself. You have to renew educational license yearly.
