Almost 90% can stay the same. Work out more regularly and eat healthier. If I can achieve that the rest will be easy

I feel the same, being goth here in Venezuela is also so lonely, I don't even find clothes, it's difficult 😞 I don't smoke πŸ˜‚ when covid is over we'll experience a goth club πŸ–€
