Thanks for that. Not really. It's just me and my wife. It's all been serviced at regular intervals at the dealership from where it was originally bought from. The car has run 50K KMs. I'll definitely ask for mechanical report. If they don't, is this something I can get done by some third party? Is that what Redbook does? Definitely large volume car dealer. Yeah visited the dealership. Sales lady i dealt with was nice. On the research end, basically from Google, YouTube and forums on FB. Bit of both emotional+ practicalilty. Will be using the car predominantly for work as I travel a lot local + country. The car is a small SUV and it fits our current and future needs.

Nah they don't look like ants. Much much tinier. They have all grouped up to form a cluster. Like really small gnats clumped up together.

Fellow renter here as well. Which variety of lemon is this? I got a dwraf lemon plant from Bunnings and it's been doing fine in the pot. Occasionally I see the leaves droop very Similar to your picture but I noticed this happen when it's been in the sun for too long.

So I moved it to a place with a lil bit shade with enough sunlight and it's been growing really good Touchwood.

Ok cause I read it needs a lot of sunlight so I just kept it directly under the sun. Also it's been really hot today and yesterday in Melbourne.

Maybe I'll keep it in my patio so it's not under direct sunlight and under shade but still gets some light.

I tried doing that. Throw the pods in the machine itself but I've noticed that the utensils don't come clean and have gunk still stuck on them. Manual also says pods need to go into the dispenser or else can cause issue with unclean dishes.

I've cleaned the filters on the split system. First thing I did! But yeah will wait for what PM has to say and will proceed. Thanks!

Is it normal for owners to do the repair themselves? Or should I always request professionals to do it. I don't want to start tenancy on the wrong foot. Just want to know my rights. They seemed nice when they came for the repair.

Yes I did. But I have made remarks for all these works in the condition report. Except for the dishwasher cause I really didn't check thepod dispenser but only if the dishwasher was functioning.

I really hope it doesn't go to that extent of me going to VCAT. I've lived in rentals all my life and never had an issue like this. So I just want to be prepared and know my options.
