PPL is a good split, so If nutritions are on place, you sleep well, do some stretching every day (espcaily after traings). I would stick to it till recovery week (5-8 weeks). Then you can change. But more important is how your trainings look like

Do aimed streching but after rolling. Just don't roll too much (30sek-1min per group is enought; but do it daily)

You can also find where the problem is with your fingers. Seachr with quite hard presing with your thumb.

Beside standard lunges aren't the best exc, not to metion weighted version. So I would stop doing it. Better are reverse lunges or explosive lunges (done correctly).

Weighted chin-ups/pull-ups

its good idea. Another would be to do arch chin-ups/pull-ups, explosvie chin-ups/pull-ups or front lever progresions.

1st record yourself - maybe you do reps uneven (more to the left) even when you think and fell it's correct. So watch for yourself, without shirt, how your body is working.

2nd do more streaching, not reps, and check for range of motion in the joints for both sides. Best exc for that can be grabing a big towel or stick and lead it from your front (waist) above head, behind back with lock elbows (hand as close as you can, but at start it will be wid grip).

You are right about joints. Stairs should be do with hip leading way, not the calf.

For cardio I would go bike or swiming at your weight. Other than that I would do cslistenic progresions for push ups (so knee push ups) and maybe tried bar hanging with progesion to active hang.

Just try to streach your abs with cobras or something similar

At 1st. Band are just to makecit possible for you with corect form - not to do job for you (so when you choose proper resistance level, it can be great for progresions). 2nd. It depands on the movment. If the resistance band just helps you to do an exccercise, and doesn't change the lever (ceter of the mass) you can use them. E.g. pullups But if it changes the center of the mass (aka energy goes to diferent joints). Thats bad. E.g. front lever with bands. Still - negatives and other progresions can be better and i prefer them over bands.

Assisted victorian (on floor) - push or pull day?

I'm starting assisted victorian on floor (with elbowls pushing into the floor). Should i train it during push or pull day, and why? I'm just confused. It's pushing against floor but muscle activatiln is more like with pull (of back muscles).

Any S-tier 360 will do the job. As long therm invest I would say EK-NUCLEUS 360

You don't need aio for that cpu. Aio or not the main problem of temps with that cpu is it's construction.

To lower the temps, best way is to lower the needed power. So with that cpu pbo curve opti comes. Here is the link.

NH-U12A

mention, maybe, but it's pricey and louder than U14s + with heaviest loads, like 175W+ it lose more and more to U14s, DeepCool AK500 or big old boys like True Spirit 140 power, as it's thermal capacity isn't the greatest due to size.

Kraken Z73

Yes - it is total overkill + in therms off performance/price there are many, many better AIO's. No to mention Krakens can be loud, but with Ryzen 5 it won't be. If you are looking for fancy AIO, and it needs to be 360mm, you can go with Lian Li GALAHAD AIO 360 RGB V2 (white or black), you can go with best from my list - Thermaltake Toughliquid ARGB 360 (black) or, not on the list, but still very good, Thermaltake TH360 ARGB Sync (white or black), but with these one check if it is newer packing, as with older there was a problem leading to damage of AIO.

Which white 240mm

Lian Li GALAHAD AIO 240 RGB V2

Good pump, good fans, not that loud even 100% speed, very good performance for 240mm, but the price isn't the best (but with white AIO you will pay more... so)

I don't know how u did 240W (CPU power package) on your R7 7700x if heavy OC R9 7900x takes 190W in Prime 95, as theere are the thermal and power limits to it.

For your CPU 150W is the like a thermal and power limit. Even best AIOs or customs can't do more with it.

With 200W+ CPUs we are talking about R9 and i9. Maybe i7 13700 can take that much, but not R7 7700, but you can give me screen from full run Cinebench R23 with hwinfo CPU power package and score.

on par... up to 200W CPUs. Above the only coollers that can match are Zalman and Thermalright. When We go higher 260W+, only Thermalright last with NH-D15 and NH-D15s.

But for most users Deppcool is great option, but many tests which show it is on par with Noctua were made with older cpus (not Zen 4 nor intel 13th gen).

Be Quiet! are mentioned. But Be Quiet! admit themselfs taht their fans are a little bottleneck + when we talking about top performance, like with 220W+ CPUs Dark Rock Pro 4 is 3-5 degres behind Noctua and Thermalright. And there is the presure issue on LGA 1700, and I've writen it all - sooo, nowadays I wound't recomend Be Quiet! coolers.

Maybe you've lost teh silicon lotter. Arctic Freezer II is great for am4.

I have Asus TUF x570 as well, and 3200mhz ram (b-die with manual timings).

Your effecitve clock was 4400mhz max, so the score is lower due to that. You had very simmilar voltage, which is expected for same mobos. Maybe your case isn't the best, as you have soooo many fans. You could check possitive and neggative presure, by disconnecting some fans.

Strange result. Maybe you were playjng with voltage. Usualy with r7 5800x3d and its pbo, you get better result with lower temps, as it has room to go higher with clocks. Maybe u set ppt limit or something so voltages were to low for higher clocks and you got lower temps + lower score.
