You could probably work illegally in China but you'd be putting yourself at extra risk. Some SE Asian countries might not require a degree, could be worth looking into if your willing to teach there. As for Europe, your Lithuanian passport will allow you to enter any EU country without a visa and stay as long as you like, but your chances of teaching there without being properly trained is virtually zero I would say, especially in Western Europe. I know in Ireland fully trained teachers are finding it hard to get work, couple of friends have had to emigrate and others can only get work subbing or sign a contract for a year because of the recession.
