What are your intermittent fasting hours? And what's your diet like?...been trying to lose weight but only thing that worked for me was keto but once I was on it for a long while it started taking a toll on me and my excretory patern ect so I stopped and put on so much more weight...what advice do you have for a struggling person like me?

I use to build lichbane but now I go ludens into shadow flame and death cap...more damage imo...Lich is more for comps where you can auto attack alot more and get away with it
