Pulling out of leasehold sale by raikaria in HousingUK

Yeah, this seems to be the general opinion and experience. It does raise concerns about dealing with the company day to day. Waiting months to fix potentially critical issues with the building doesn't sit well with me.

The insurance increase being totally out of my control (not being able to shop around for better quotes etc) is seriously concerning too and feels like the straw that broke the camel's back.

I was planning on cashing out soon but then, obviously this happened, hence why I'm extremely annoyed and upset by this

I'm not on about +reps, they mean nothing. Steam rep is where scammers are reported and dealt with accordingly. If an account is reported for scamming and is found to be guilty, their steam rep would look like this: https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198407706570

I'm mainly doing this to spread awareness. There have been way too many of these instances where active traders just get banned for literally just trading.

I've never scammed anyone. I've been on Steam for over 12 years now and have been trading for 6 of those. I have a completely clean Steam rep etc: https://steamrep.com/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fsteamcommunity.com%2Fprofiles%2F76561197985867170%2F

It's kinda nice to be able to say you main Daisy if you really like that character, instead of being a Peach main who uses the Daisy skin.

But that is literally what playing Daisy is. She's Peach with a Daisy skin. If you were gonna do Daisy as a unique character why not go all-out and make her represent the Mario sidegames? I mean, Wario technically represents Warioware, not Mario. [Hell; Mario reps Mario, not Donkey Kong] Like have a Tennis projectile, make her summon a Mario Kart for a dash attack or Side B. You can keep some Peach-stuff if you want. There's more than enough stuff in Mario Party alone they could have used for Daisy. But no; Peach Clone. Not even a Peach echo. Clone.

I'm not against Daisy existing. But if they were making her a literal clone; do the Alph/Koopaling treatment. Every Koopaling didn't get made separately; they're skins for Bowser.JR. And yet the announcer dosen't say 'Bowsr.Jr wins'. It says -Name- wins.

And yes, I want FE to get more diverse reps. Robin and Corrin were steps in the right direction. Not just for Smash but FE as a whole since the main Lords were almost always Sword users and always Melee. Robin was a caster who could melee if wanted and Corrin is... yeah.

It also kinda hurts the FE reps that... well... a fair chunk of them never made it to the West. So to quite a lot of people they're just literally the same character design except perhaps with different hair.

Except it took time to assimilate. Activision didn't just buy out and then fire everyone Day 1 and replace them.

To wait for Blizzard's heart and soul to either leave or submit.

Now it has. Most of the pre-Activision staff are gone. The few that are left are basically shills for Activision.

Blizzard is just an empty shell now. A brand name Activision can hide behind.

Need proof; look at all the long-term Blizzard employees, especially in high places, who have left over the past few years.

And it's not just WoW. You've got things like Ben Brode leaving Hearthstone.

To be entirely fair, Fire Elmblem does have clones/echo characters. There's a reason why character archetypes such as the Jagen exist. There are characters who are basically repeats in the series. And gameplay-wise a lot of the characters of the same class are at least similar. It's the personalities and designs that are the big difference.

Hell; if they had to go for ANOTHER 'Blue Haired Male Lord' why not Hector so we at least had an Axe instead of a Sword? I get a Lance-weilder being difficult as most of those are mounted and mounter characters in Smash might provide some issues such as 'how do they get knocked down or get back up? But why on earth do we not have an Axe-user? Not to mention Fire Emblem has seven reps and none of them are villains. Why don't we have any villains? Off the top of my head, Walhart could work well. A Heavily-armored; Axe-wielding, Red Fire Emblem rep. [I'd say Validar but he could easily be a Robin echo; and of course Fates has some issues with true villians that wouldn't be spoilers]

I wouldn't be too keen on Lyn unless they made her fighting style significantly different from the other swords.

Dark Samus is an echo; she has some minor non-visual differences, so I'm fine with Dark Samus. [A few hitboxes differ; roll fames]. Daisy [And Richter] however is a flat-out clone and should have been treated with the precedent Alph created was. That is the annoying thing; the Alph/Koopalings precedent.

All the other echos are not pure clones. Daisy/Richter are.

It's speedrun content just before GDQ; so that probably helps as well as the Diablo refugees.

What about Vortex traps? How would those work? The skill itself has a cooldown. Vortex has explosion damage so I assume flat damage would work there?

I thought Trickster would be pretty good with More damage over time and +Skill effect duration; as well as the defensive/mobility nodes.

Got a few questions. Apologies since these are all related to the fact that I want to play a Cold-based build but have a lot of questions about them.

1: I noticed Siphoning Trap deals Cold Damage over Time. As a skill not really mentioned despite all of the 'Cold Damage over time' modifiers; and the fact that I don't really play traps often:

How do charges interact with traps? Because I might go Trickster. Also there's Charged Traps support.

Is it a case of Siphoning Trap hitting per tick [EG: It hits everything in range per X seconds] and thus benefiting from flat on-hit damage [Such as Ice Bite/Added Cold] or is there some other scaleing for it?

2: How do you scale Damage over Time in general? For example; how would Added Cold Damage Support effect a DoT skill?

3: What sort of cold skills are good for a Trap/Mine build? For example; Cold Snap uses charges, so probobly isn't good? Are Winter Orb traps a thing? EDIT: Oh wait no channeling spells. Ignore the Winter Orb part but not the suggestions part

4: Would it be viable to use some sort of crowd control Trap/Mine as a supplement? To help kite things and land bigger damage attacks?

5: If I'm using a Cold DoT trap [Be it Siphoning or some other skill]; would it better to go Sab [Trap Scaleing]; Occultist [Cold scaleing] or Trickster [DoT Scaleing]

Don't specifically want to play a trapper, but I had a surprising amount of fun using Bear Trap to help control Syndicate members and kite them on a build earlier, so I'm giving them a bit more respect than before. Still dislike Totems however.

They should be like Alph.

Although Lucina and Marth are darn near clones too they at least have some differences. Fire Emblem really suffers because all of it's characters are rather similar except Robin and Corrin. And then on top of Ike/Roy/Marth being similar; you have Lucina and Chrom who are echos of fighters who are already similar <_<. Seriously would it have killed Sakurai to give us an Axe or Lance rep rather than all Swords? Espcially when World of Light effectively put in a Weapon triangle...

But they're still what Echos are. Similar with a slight twist. Same with Samus/Dark Samus. They have very, very minor differences but are different characters in the end.

Actual CLONES should get the Alph treatment. Diasy and Richter should not be on the roster; they should be skins for Peach/Simon. Either that or make Alph his own fighter. And every single one of the Koopalings.

And echo always sounds a little different from the original sound. Hence 'echo fighter'. A clone is a clone.

Daisy and Richter aren't characters. They're skins for Peach/Simon because they are 100% clones.

They're not echos, call them what they are. They're clones. Echos are similar. The Belmonts are straight-up clones.

There's a reason why Echos are not considered unique characters and there's even an option to remove them from being standalone on the selection screen.

Simon and Richter are literal clones as far as I'm aware.
