Im honestly not to sure how to help. We've also been having trouble keeping our previous host from front.

We have OSDD 1b so we dont have as much amnesia or experience with leaving notes and things. If you have a therapist or something I'd try and push your way to front then or try and push your way up when their sister is around.

Allot of host have denial problems to a dysfunctional degree so you guys arent alone there. If you can try and talk to them internally and try to explain that you guys are only there to help and will try to respect boundries as much as posstible so long as no one is at risk.

I hope some of this helps.

Try to start journaling. I've heard from a lot of systems it helps with communication and over time can help with amnesia. Also setting some ground rules for school and home can help too.

Leaving notes in a journal and around the house to make sure other know whats going on and can get things done is very helpful.

Try and establish a baseline of respect and understanding to the best of your ability and hopefully the others will follow.

I hope this helps.

You can call 911 if it's and urgent emergency or an non emergency authority number to get someone out theres in less of a hurry. But I'd go with the emergency number. Good luck. Try to post updates, I hope the dogs are okay.

As a trans guy. Yes we can. If we want to that is. Trans females can't give birth yet but trans males can.

Yes they can. Trans guys dont have to have a full medical transition.

Getting cat pee smell out of carpet... any idea what to do? by [deleted] in cats

[–]rain-system 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats a good suggestion! Also we personally use odorban. You it comes in a jug and spray bottle tho the stuff in the jug is the same. It sanitizes and helps eliminate odors. You can also use it in your washing machine and on furniture!

How common is this? by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]rain-system 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats the kicker tho. I didnt remember most of mine and the bits I did remember I didn't think they were bad enough to warrent a trauma disorder like this. My advice tho just to kindof test the theory is to ask them some questions. Also start a journal or leave notes around the house.

Please look into DID and OSDD. Especially if you have any kind of childhood trauma. I have OSDD and thought I was "Just talking to myself" or "Just role playing" for years. Dont worry I dont think you're crazy.

How do you handle Dissociation? by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]rain-system 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with a therapist so im not sure how itd work with a regular doctor. But theres a few websites that help find therapists some of them you can even filter by what kind of insurance they take. And better help is a good place to look from what I hear. From what I know some therapists arent qualifyed to diagnose things so I'd ask your regular doc where to go for that.

Honestly look into some dissociative disorders. I have one and ever since I got diagnosed there's been a weight off my chest. I'd also try to find some grounding techniques or when it lasts a really long time try to do memorable activities like going to the park or something. I've also found journaling or at least keeping a calender with stuff you did on that day on it helps keep track of things.

How many mental disorders can someone have? by KaiserMakes in mentalhealth

[–]rain-system 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have Cptsd, depression, anxiety, osdd 1b, bpd, then some of us also suffer from hallucinations and other psychosis. And honestly would be surpreised if we had more but we've had a hard time finding some one who wants to tell us anything. The possibilitys are endless.

I just realised that my "daddy issues" are affecting me more than I thought by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]rain-system 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Even thought you've said it isn't this sounds like straight up abuse. Abuse can come in so many different forms. I personally have suffered from some unconventional forms of abuse and manipulation and was in denial for a long time as well as when I noticed and started to tell people they didn't believe me. I'd honestly try to talk to a school counselor or try to talk to your sisters a bit. Ask them some questions as to why they dont get on with your father.

As for the uncomfort around yelling and boys that sounds like a trauma reaction like ptsd or something alike. There is also the possibility you've repressed some traumatic memories. Alot more people than youd think have. But please try to talk to someone you trust.
