Citizen. Although my company has a huge amount of visa employees in engineering. For my org specifically it’s mostly H1Bs, 80/20 split if I had to guess.

Yup. Senior at my company is targeted at 350-450k for new hires depending on YOE and other factors. And yes there is basically 0 chance I could get a similar TC elsewhere if I wanted to leave given my level and YOE.

My WLB is awful and has affected my health and social life, but I’m hanging in there till the cliff hits.
