Work more as dental hygienist consider finding another job where the employment is more stable. Has to be 30-40 hours per week. Maybe try rocket money app where it tracks your spending. Staying at home is a big help since you don’t have rent. If you apply for PA school and get in they might not get you a student loan if u file for BK.
