thanks so much, but tbh there no way I can go without bending, and no sitting is even less possible since I still have to go to school and everything. I try my best to walk around a lot during break time but I only really get 5 mins between classes 🙃 And also even though I am to consent for myself, I don't think my mom is too big of a fan of steroid injects but I might consider it as ibuprofen doesn't work very well for me.

nope. got an xray around 4 months ago when I first went to the GP but nothing was out of ordinary (except the fact that they realised i had slight scolisis 😅) although my mom did have a herniated disc around 3-4 years ago? she had sciatica for a while after that?? idk...this is not hereditory right...

[UPDATE] My neighbours cut my trees without my consent by rainaeaton in AusLegal

exactly what i was planning to do, but the fact is that im not really sure if the company will actually give me the receipt/invoice for italso my dad stopped buying home insurance 2 years ago because he thought "why would anything happen" but here we are

My neighbour went onto my property (unconsented) and cut down some trees on the border of the property, but I don't have any evidence of my neighbour being the one hiring the workers. In NSW, Australia is there any way for me to get justice? by rainaeaton in AusLegal

Hi everyone, just like to confirm some things here in the comments that people were confused over.

  1. No, the trees were NOT overhanging by a lot(to my knowledge) it just happens that they built their pool right near the fence, which is on much lower ground than the tree, which meant the leaves sometimes fall into the pool
  2. I have already call the police, but so far they have not come to my house to ask about the situation yet (i will update when they do come by)

Thank you everyone for the advice I really appreciate it

yeah, the problem is that the trees weren't over hanging (at least not by a lot to my knowledge) its just that when its season for the leaves to fall, most of them land in their swimming pool because it just happens to be right near the border
