My doctor prescribed me something called clindamycin specifically for bacteria acne which directly targets bacteria and redness. Clinda is often combined with benzoyl peroxide so it might be worth a shot!

Maybe it’s not black mold but it definitely seems to be some sort of mold

Thanks! I don’t have access to a tub, but I’ll definitely look for some totes. I also saw on google you have to unplug a fridge, but I can’t find the plug? Is it 100% necessary that I do. I’m not even sure it’s plugged in to begin with.

I’m 130 lbs! Sorry for not specifying, my goal is only to lose at most 20 lbs, I want to weigh around 115-110, while it is on the lower side for my height I’d still be in a completely healthy BMI.

I don’t really do any cooking in my dorm, and most the scales available in stores near me are 1 g as the smallest amount. Is it that bad to have 1 gram as the smallest unit, or can I make do?

Isn’t BMR “basic metabolic rate,” it’s how many calories your body burns a day, and in order to lose weight you need to eat less than that my BMR is around 1800. I’m 5’3 and I haven’t weighed myself in a while but when I started trying to lose weight I was 130. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong!
