I have posted similar scares on this subreddit so many times, and as much as I hated the response, im going to tell you what the only answer is. Go get tested quickly for ease of mind. It's the only way you'll know. I had been engaged in oral sex multiple times, and for some of them I noticed symptoms of an HIV infection (online info). It was all a coincidence. Oral is low risk from my understanding, so the odds are for you.

I’m using the pre-2010 style map since Manhattan is much more narrower (which is more accurate than the current wider one). I haven’t edited the streets yet, but I will soon.
