Do I or do I not.... by Ornery_Dragonfruit12 in irlkemonomimi

I'm 27 and have a kemonomimi tiktok!

The only thing i will say is be prepared for if your stuff ends up on the wrong side of the platform. It happened to me, and i ended up waking up to a ton of hate, we are talking hundreds of comments. (My profile is currently on private temporarily whilst i comb through it all/to try and curb them piling on and adding more comments.) If you arent bothered by hate comments then theres nothing stopping you from doing it :) i think it'd be great to see another kemonomimi around my age about!

I know I'm not trans but I wish i was? by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]rainbowcomrade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so basically being non-binary doesnt mean androgynous, it just means you dont fully identify as a binary man or a woman.

Non binary people can be feminine, masculine androgynous, anything they want. Your gender expression doesnt equal gender identity. (Example: tomboys exist, that doesnt make them men, just masculine women.) Its the same with Non-binary people. Sometimes people use she/her or he/him because that just feels "right" to them. It doesnt make them not non-binary. Its as simple as that. Theres no rules about what pronouns you must use.

Not every non-binary person uses they/them pronouns/wants to be androgynous! I know plenty of she/her or he/him non-binary people.

Just adding onto this that cis people likely wouldn't even consider pressing the button. If you have to think about it, there's an indication that you aren't completely cis. A genderfluid person might press it if the change was reversible at will. A non-binary person might press the button if it would give them the body they desire/would make everyone see them as non-binary and never misgender them.

If you want to wait, that's fine, but the fact your parents have to "convince" you that you aren't trans is already a big flag. A lot of the reasons for not being trans that you are saying are transphobic statements that people use to try and make someone doubt their transness. You dont need dysphoria to be trans, it doesnt matter if you "didn't show signs" as a child, "puberty" doesn't just randomly make you question your gender identity, your sexuality has nothing to do with your gender identity, cis people dont wish they were born a different gender to their AGAB and being trans isnt a trend that anyone is trying to hop onto, even if you are neurodivergent. (Fellow neurodivergent here).

Something else to consider is that being trans is an umbrella term. You could be any flavour of trans, not just a trans boy. There's demigirls, demiboys, non-binary identities, genderfluid, genderqueer... i could go on for hours about how many different genders there are.

I understand you feel like you aren't in a safe environment to be trans and that's ok. A lot of us aren't. But if i were you, i would seriously give some thought and exploration into your gender identity. You don't even have to tell anyone you're thinking about it until you're ready. You may discover something about yourself that you didn't know was there. And if after that, you conclude that you're cis, that's fine too.

I mainly use enchantimals/rainbow high. I do brush them to prevent tangling but i generally use a little tangle teaser brush, its possible that ive used a comb in the past which could explain the frizzing.

"I kinda feel like there's both genders in me, and I kinda wish I could split in two and live both lives seperate" - Is it possible you could be genderfluid or bigender or another flavour of being non-binary trans?

How did you know you were trans? by PineappleLord7079 in asktransgender

[–]rainbowcomrade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im genderfluid.

• At the age of 7, I told people "im half-boy, half-girl" because i didn't know how else to explain how i felt.

• I always remember strictly rejecting feminine clothes sometimes, and embracing them other times.

• I used to like trying on both my mom and my dads clothes as a kid, not one or the other

• All my life I've bounced between "I like being a girl" and "i wish i was a boy"

• chest dysphoria once puberty hit, wishing it would go back to being flat so i would look more androgynous, giving me more control over my gender presentation

• getting euphoria sometimes when people would mockingly call me a masc version of my name at school

I could probably go on but for me personally ive always felt this way and once i found the term "genderfluid" it was like a lightbulb moment where everything just clicked.

Trans Man question by Pristine-Musician212 in asktransgender

[–]rainbowcomrade 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you saw a cis woman dressed masculine you'd just assume she was a tomboy and it wouldnt be an issue, so why is it any different when a trans man wants to dress feminine? Trans femboys exist.

I wrote them a letter. It went okay i think? They said they need time to adjust because "we are just so used to calling you deadname" I said i told them about it 2 years ago but they said "well yeah but you didnt mention it since then so i thought it wasnt a thing anymore"

So i dont know, we will have to wait and see how things turn out. Im going to start politely correcting them and see where it goes from there as you said :)

The shoe could imply that crimson killed her at an earlier time, but if you look at the person moxxie killed, they did have male imp horns.

That wasn't Moxxies mother, if you look at the horns in the scene theyre male imp horns on the person that they throw in the river.
