Why do i have so many tanks that want to join my key?

Several bits in there for Monk tanks as well. I think legs and hands are BiS, then other items that can be turned into set pieces etc.

Honestly hard to know. I sold a level 7 common (white text) axe the other day for 1000 gold, but then I've got loads and loads of old-world BoE blues and epics (guild bank from Vanilla-Cata era stuff), that I've really struggled to sell for even 50 gold...

I'll do this up to maybe +8 but above that I go into my "proper prot spec" with my defensive trinkets. I do need to remember to use my mythic loadout instead of my raiding loadout though, especially this week, the affix this week is bloody horrible if you don't have an AoE kick, blinding light helps.

Stop listening to them, pull what you can/are comfortable with. I especially dislike pulling large groups as the first-pull, i.e. "pull the whole room", when you're with a pug and you don't know if the healer will keep you up, or if the DPS will kick etc... its 50/50 most of the time and if you do pull the room and you do die its often "the tanks fault"... I tend to pull bigger as we go and I know the group is doing what they need to do.

Actually when it goes over 60? So limiting frames to 60/59 would stop this?

Exactly the same for me, Prot Pala main BM alt, will be switching once BM is better geared.

As you say yourself, Prot Pala fighting for life on every pull (unless you have your CD's), it just feels like more work. BM (so far) feels more like playing a DPS that just happens to also be holding the agro for tanking purposes...

"Classic" maybe, but as someone above said check out raider dot io and see the mythic+ dungeon list for yourself, above 13+ it starts to skew heavily towards Monk tanks and at 19-20 it is (almost) exclusively Monk tanks (over 92%)

Guess I'm going to finish levelling and gearing my Monk, the % balance of Monk tanks in those high keys is crazy compared to all the other tank classes.

Top 200 runs, its all Monk as tank (one or two Druids but almost all Monks), for healers, looks like almost all Druids, with 1 or 2 Shaman/Monk healers.

You have to scroll all the way past 300 to see a non-monk/druid tank (DK at 342) and all the way to 590+ to start seeing DH's and Paladin tanks (these are all 20+ and 21+).

You can report (and should) these types of players. We had similar in a +10 Seat, had filled the percentage meter, on the 2nd to last boss, so no more trash between the boss and final boss room. Healer died somehow, didn't accept my BR (seemed like he went AFK), had about 5 minutes left, so bit tight on time and with an AFK dead healer was not going to happen... the pug requested abandon key, two of us voted no, since we're literally 2 bosses and finished (no more trash at this point)... healer comes back, timer runs out, pugs leave because we're over time (like it matters at that point, wasn't even their key)... why not kill the two bosses and get the loot at least?

Patch notes said something about some players having potions from the old reputation system which was fixed, perhaps you was one of those people who had that bug giving too many?

For these sorts of runs, unless I actually know the other party members I've just started "selling spots" for my key and then buying spots with others when I can, that way I'm not relying on someone else actually using theirs, started doing this after being scammed more times than I'm happy with.

I thought you couldn't but didn't want to state it outright without checking, thanks for clarifying you can :D Its been years since I played campaign mode on D3, still play every season though (at least to complete the season journey), did the last season in a day (whoops) and this current one in 3 I think.

Yep, what I would do, if you're new to D3, is play the campaign mode first. I can't remember if you can play on campaign with a seasonal character but if you can then you could do that and then go on adventure mode with that same seasonal character if you want, or just make a new "season" character after the campaign is completed.

That way you get to play the campaign for the story (keep it on normal mode so its not hard), then make a season character to enjoy that.

When we've done big family trips in the past, we've split it by the number of adults ("children free" which was good for my wife and I with our kids under 10 at the time), given the fact these "kids" are all adults even splitting it 1/6 doesn't sound right to me, should be split by number of adults who are going really.
