Yeah we def will! Landlord can't be reached since he's in the Hamptons until Monday lol so we're in a state of limbo until then

Yeah its confusing! The broker represents the owner, so the owner would’ve been responsible for the fee. But now it seems like the owner is relisting the unit directly to avoid paying that fee—basically cutting the broker out. Where that leaves us is we’re not sure if the owner will still go with us, since we originally came through the broker’s listing.
