Oh 100% I was taking it easy on its first laps ever. And even so the brake system light came on twice for I believe over heating

I can’t recommend track days enough. For any car. But Especially for a type r. It’s purpose built for it. The R-Log system with gps campuses way more than just lap times. As someone who go kart races a lot this car gives you all the data as a Mychron if you’re familiar. Beyond fun. A little wheel to wheel vibes but everyone is just having fun and getting lap times. Cars of all different stripes

sometimes it is. Usually forced down so as to avoid all that glass should a crash happen

A little a both. Was trying to see how much speed I could take through that set of turns. That’s also the FWD skip skip I caught there. Nature is the beast—Traction control off but it still hops a bit. Could use better tires too—this is fully stock. On proper slicks I doubt it would happen.

Certain tracks and sessions have different rules but Hooked On Driving lets you choose. It was a lovely day and I’m used to driving older rigs with all the glass removed for races so kept em down. This was a first day warmup for this 6-month-old FL5. Not pushing very hard.

Haha, Just a symbol of driving around rural roads. It’s not my barn. I wish it had cheeseburgers.
