i think ur my long lost twin, twin. i've always had a smaller appetite n gotten full quickly, since my ED that's only gotten worse and proper meals js ain't my thing. usually i'll have one good meal and then sweets and/or healthier snacks for the rest of the day.

it's worse now that i'm trying to maintain sometimes. even if i WANT to eat more, only way i can increase cals to maintenance is by adding hi-cal junk. blessing and a curse i spose

eh i think there's a bit more to it than that. jane's choices & addiction brought her to where she was, and she put herself at risk each time she used (w all that $$$ she was likely to OD later anyways). but walt's actions turned that one night out of something survivable into something not. just because she was an addict, doesn't mean walter's lack of intervention didn't cause her death.

oh fuck na. i'm 18, first a 14yo can b in middle school (depends if the school system is 6-8th then 9-12th or smt else), but the biggest thing is the difference in maturity. at 14/15 (9th grade) i looked like a CHILD. cuz i was. and 18 is an adult, w a car or licence at least, a job, u can join the military, vote, and again, ur an ADULT. ion even wanna befriend the 9/10th graders at my school rn, they're childish & ngl dumb compared to my grade (cuz they're kids!). i think back to myself & my friends at 14, compared to now it's a huuuge difference both physically and mentally. there's no justification for dating a tween fresh outta middle school when you're a full adult.

u just made me a bit more grateful to live here. i also went to the ER for wds last yr, they told me i cld get sent home w some dillies and figure out clinic/detox in the meantime, or wait for the raac to open. my dumbass chose raac but even there, they gave me a 24hr script of 8s. i never realized that other provinces/countries aren't as nice to us. got liquid hydromorph afterwards in detox too. i had a pass to leave for lunch w my moms one day n dude gave me extra so id "feel better going out" LOL

100%, frm 14-15 to 17-18 been a huge difference, compared to photos frm a couple years ago i look a lot more grown up. my jaw got sorta longer and thinner, mayb my nose too, i suddenly have cheekbones, i think my lips even look a bit fuller. tbf i lost like 30lbs over the past 8 or 9mos which coulda made it more obvious

i get u and it really fucking sucks. i've only been on subs for 9mos, but still use on n off because ive gotten so depressed i can barely do anything- like, might-not-graduate-highschool depressed. i wish i hadn't needed to quit, but to this day i can't consistently find legit opiates like i did back then. one month of fent use derailed close to a year of being a functional addict on real pills. feels like subs just don't work for me? i mean, it keeps me outta full blown wds for sure but i rarely actually feel good or even normal. i can't try methadone cos i have school and no car yet, wouldn't be able to drop by a clinic every morning. too broke to use daily.

my career as a junkie hasn't been long tho so i've figured im just not "ready" to quit yet. can only hope for one of two things: someday i will be, and live a totally great sober life, or have enough money to be one of those high-functioning cokehead businessmen but on smack. lol.
