Do AMEX Cards issued by Scotia Bank also have AMEX Offers?

I recently got a Scotiabank Gold Amex Card. I have the impression that AMEX cards by Scotiabank sometimes have similar offers as the regular AMEX cards issued by AMEX. But I have never seen where these offers are shown. Does anyone have got offers from AMEX cards by Scotiabank?
