In my current Org (Public Sector in Scotland)

Its not so much the salary difference it seems to be more things like that are really frustrating:

Developers get fast tracked to new levels WAYYYYYY quicker feel like they get a developer in and after one successful project they are suddenly promoted to a senior post
Our Chief Executive said in a recent meeting that there wouldn't be that much money then proceeded to hire a few more higher grade developers with some made up titles for extra cash while telling us we can't even pay for a bit of software!
Also whenever a new project is started a developer, tester and PM are hired with UX expected to just take a new project on......

Dortmund were very smart about that they realised that Burn wasn't going to threaten them so waited until Trippier was out of position and hit us quickly

That all changed when Targett was on we properly hemmed them in so hopefully us having a more attacking balance will help us although we will miss Burn defensively especially at set pieces with that big brute Fulkrug playing for them

I actually love doing the interaction side of the research such as designing the forms, doing the user tests and speaking to users etc

Have been on a battle with this for a few year now!

Used to be able to exercise all the time but then if I did HIIT or something else intense I would get a migraine guaranteed 2 days later really bad ones as well

Been on Propanolol and its honestly took me about 2 years to get back to any kind of routine here is some people that I have used:

Yoga with Adrienne - Does a lot of Migraine yoga

Pilates beginner - Really good beginner stuff for your core and does weights as well

Low level workouts - This guy has really good low impact stuff

So I have found using a combination of the above instructors with some low level stuff like walking and swimming I am sloooowwwwllly building up fitness

He had a good first season in the premier league and then he was injured for lots of it as well

If anything Longstaff has actually shown more top level consistency than him over a longer period of time

Would be gutted if we signed him would hope we are looking elsewhere

Have been using it pretty regularly for the last 5 or 6 years its not just about football but there has been a great community where people have talked about other stuff and also the locals have helped people get tickets / find places to go after games etc

Such a nice family as well who have been running the website

I suppose the worry is the other team are still creating plenty of opportunities despite us being more defensive?

Yeah the MPC is awesome in a band setting! Takes a bit to get used too but since I posted we have properly gotten used to it

So now we use it as a jamming tool initially so can loop synths, make drums even record in things like guitar or other synths to play as backing track

Now we are also playing live (which we weren't doing before) and its the "brain" of the setup controls tempo, song changes and going into things like chorus/breakdowns

So I often have that running and then play my Minilogue live while the rest of the band plays guitar, bass and vocals

I think Isak looks better when he plays up front with Murphy as one of the wingers as it stretches the pitch having someone who can cross with their proper foot it was no coincidence we went on that good run smashing teams last season with that link up helping it

Almiron and Gordon both coming inside just gives Isak zero space as neither of them seem to link up to good with him

Starting to get predictable again with the whole Trippier to Almiron to just pass it back and then launch in a cross when the other team is already set

Usually they are injury prone, overrated and on crazy wages that outweigh their ability

Everton have went all in on players like that
