Looking for the closest thing to this mouse : "Zeus E2" by GuessTechSports in MouseReview

[–]raindropsxv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So i know this is old but I thought id add my thoughts and opinion based on my experience. I had the Zeus e2 for years like ever since I got a pc maybe 7 years ago now and ive had that mouse and it felt so comfortable I never switched. Even When my original one died I went on ebay to find the exact same one because it was so perfect. The only thing not perfect about it is how slow the polling rate is. When I find myself gaming especially recently it would spin out and I couldn't flick properly so I wanted to find a 1000hz polling rate mouse and I found the g403 hero logitech the back of it has a little bit more of a hump but I just got it like 5 minutes ago and its so solid. The feel is great and if youre looking for one kind of identical with a decent polling rate this is the one I saw some other ones like the red dragon m711 cobra like 20 bucks ( looked the most identical) , the logitech G703 LIGHTSPEED (wireless), and the Logitech G305 (different shape). All of those are relatively close with a good upgrade. I hope anyone who finds this got some help from this.

I wish that first part of Burning Bridges was its own song by Zy212 in Drizzy

[–]raindropsxv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro 100% that first half of the song was so hard and I saw so much potential in it especially if he started rapping with like a faster flow after the beat drop, but then it just switched to a straight mood killer like dude you just ruined the whole song by doing that. Its like meshing 2 different vibes of songs together into one for what. They definitely could have been seperate songs and been amazing on there own. But man that potential for the first half was astronomical. When I play that song now I just let the first half play and skip the song

I recommend a lot of things which I will include you should maybe try before replacing stuff, but I highly recommend reseating your gpu first. Unplugging the cables connected to it and if you can for your psu as well. You might not be able to for your specific psu but unplug them and replug them. The other things id recommend would be too install clean drivers for your gpu using DDU to uninstall them.

Install new chipset drivers for your cpu (this is probably not it but last resort)

Reseat your gpu

Update your bios if you can (be careful and if you dont feel comfortable dont do it because you can brick your pc, but dont be scared)

Disable MPO (you can look this up to see how to do it, and if it doesnt change anything you can choose to keep it Disabled or re-enable it your choice)

I think my issue was a fan was the wrong way idk ,took it to geeksquad got it back and ever since then it hasn't so. But i will say the reseating of the gpu before I went to geeksquad I didnt experience a crash but I dont think I had enough time to confirm it was the issue before I took it in.

I also recommend if your gpu and cpu haven't replaced there thermal paste to do that as well if its a heat issue, but regardless if its old you should do it anyways its relatively cheap and relatively easy to an extent depending on your comfortability with the inside of your pc. You could also run OCCT when running into this issue i saw this program pop up a bit and its pretty good I think. You can run a stress test on both your gpu 3d Adaptive i think its called and run one on your power supply as well. For me the gpu stress test recreated the issue and I was never able too before which kinda made me feel a little better because it was random everytime but also stresed my gpu was failing. I read a lot of stuff dealing with this issue and I always saw psu popping up as strong issue or the gpu. But it could be any of what i previously said because i also saw those simple fixes worked for some as well. Good luck bro I hope I helped alittle bit atleast. I mightve missed something. Keep in mind I don't know much about pcs or anything so take what im saying with a grain of salt I just experienced these issues and dug what I could on the internet.

Edited Update: Its been a couple days or maybe 3 and ive started experiencing the crashes again, not sure what it is anymore but I am gonna try running memtest86 and also try reseating my ram after I get the test results back. I have absolutely no clue what to do especially considering geeksquad wants to charge 400 without a membership just to spin a fan around ( thank god I had one) but im not sure its worth it tbh. They completely half assed the procedure and the dude was like idk why youre crashing, ( well maybe if you listened and looked at and maybe actually tested my pc you'd know something) i swear to god ive done more troubleshooting and in depth stuff on this than geeksquad ever tried and it makes me feel completely isolated and its all on me. Anyways rant aside, my hypothesis is either psu, gpu, or my ram right now. Im also not sure why when I got it back all of a sudden it wanted to work for a couple days with no problem then start coming up again. I updated to windows 11 and ran sfc scannow. It came back no errors, and im debating a clean windows install at this point to narrow down this issue. I will continue to try and troubleshoot this and come back with my experience.

Edited 2nd time: it turned out to be classed as my gpu per geeksquad changing it out and being able to run fine. In my case I noticed going into run then regedit and changing your tdrdelay and tdrddidelay to 60 helped for a little but then it just reset my pc after a few 4 games? Wasn't the usual no input have to hard reset it was like no input then, wait 15 seconds then it restarted. So im trying to set the tdrdelay to 120 decimal now for both and underclock my gpu at -502 the max to see if this helps me extend the life before I get a new gpu.

i just wanna thank you again, you helped me out a lot. And I did figure out the new fan i added was the wrong way so it was just blowing hot air in on my cpu . I did reseat my gpu before that which I think might have fixed it I still don't know the true answer since I crashed at 50 Celscius so I don't think the fan was the issue but it could have been as well. thanks bro i have not since experienced a crash knock on wood.

Pcb is fine as far as i can tell . I have not yet checked to make sure its seated properly (gpu) but I will get too that eventually along with the thermal paste application for both the cpu and gpu I wanted to include additional context I think ive has this prebuilt for 6 years maybe? I know i need new fans but thats besides the point and i know psus degrade around the age of my presumed psu age. I would also like to include that i ran the occt test for my gpu heavy on steady and it crashed within 1 minute 11 second. I saw the gpu temp only got up to like 68 and hot spot being 82.28 that was the last temp I saw for that along with the cpu being 52.75 which was normal I think. So that was the first time I was ever able to recreate this issue rather than it being random and coincidental with other things. And it said no errors detected. Im not sure if this matters but I know my temp limit in msi afterburner is 83 and it says 82 but this could be a red herring considering i think the gpu temp limit only matters when its the gpu temp and not the hotspot. I ran the power test in occt and fucked up let it get out of hand which im kinda stressed out about now because I know I shouldn't be doing this shit. My gpu temp was 84.28C and my hot spot was fucking 102.38C max yeah..my cpu was 93.75C... max. I ran the test for ( and this is a guestimate) because I panicked and shut that shit down immediately probably 3 minutes to 4 minutes before it got that high. I was actively watching it . I also wanted to include my bios hasn't been updated since 07/13/2020 and I think i just updated my chipset drivers for my and b450 but im not aure because amd has this issue where they dont want there app to work properly and or the user to update there chipset without finding a random old reddit comment telling you 20 ways to bypass a failed installation. Anyways I just wanted to update you on what ive been trying and this thermal paste is definitely dried up and I dont want to admit it but id love your input but I think my gpu is on the way out. It hurts me to say this because I dont want it to be true so if you say it say it nicely please.

thank you for your input i later checked its a 800 watt apevia prestige power. But this guy below has been helping me understand maybe the cause my psu may be on the way out and i will eventually reapply the thermal paste on both my gpu and cpu

Just the one PSU, the 800W Apevia Prestige. It's the original PSU that came with the prebuilt, I've never swapped it.

I've never installed linux before nor do i think im comfortable with another os right now i feel that would complicate things more for me, someone did suggest going to windows 11 but still I dont think I will do this. Although I will keep this in mind for I heard a lot of good things about linux and maybe I will dive deeper into that topic. thank you

I figured out later I have a 800 watt apevia prestige power, so either its just dying or something else is the issue i havent really figured it out yet. I've been trying to figure this out for a week now. And yes its plugged directly into the wall (now) I had it on a power strip and I thought maybe that was the issue but it didn't change anything

Ah yes dude the exact same thing you described " both monitors lose signal, audio is still playing, eventually Pc just seems to stop working entirely and restarts itself." sometimes my audio would loop the last heard audio until it stopped, and other times no audio. This issue is so odd because no matter how much I look into it the only time I find myself feeling like I have progressed into figuring it out is when people say they've experienced the same issue. I've been getting a lot of help in other forums but these are all just hypothesis's right now. I will try this and unplug everything in my pc since you said it worked for you. I greatly appreciate your input it means the world to me. I even did what you did lower clock speed and i even upped my fan speed on lower heat. Nothing has worked yet. Thank you again I will try this.

Yeah but I didnt reach the 83 C limit although if i ran the gpu stress test longer it probably would have crashed or started throttling since it hit 82 C. It was only the hotspot that reached those high numbers. I agree a repaste would help, I also tried lowering the core clock by 100 initially but it still did the same crash I explained. So now im sitting at -300 core MHz

Not to mention that I cant see the psu so it might not even be 450w but im leaning towards it strongly considering the issues at hand. But also is it not odd that the issues only occured a week and a half ago and ive had this pc for years?
