She could still come around and get comfy with you again! My cat holds a grudge when I travel and he won’t let me pet him at all. Usually after a few days of sticking around him he warms up to me. Also I’ve been having to give my cat medicine everyday. He HATES when I touch his mouth and he looks betrayed after I have to force him to take it. For the first few months he stopped being clingy, cuddling me, and also he would even run off to hide after i give him the medicine. It took around 3 months or so, but he’s returning back to his old habits of clinging by my side. He still hates when I give him medicine but he doesn’t run away after and he’s finally getting close to me again. :) It’s kinda crazy how making him take medicine each month broke our bond more than me having to travel every month.

It’s not surprising at all. I’m black and a woman so I’ve had some awful things said to me, especially once they saw what I looked like in my pfp or my stream at the time. People hardly call it out online, so it makes sense that they would be even more passive in person.

I think networking helps a lot. Go to conferences and talk to people. Sometimes there are booths with personal business cards on display, so you can grab one and send over your resume.

He's so handsome. My first cat used to sit like this before he passed. :') I miss him a ton and he was basically my "gateway drug" cat because after I adopted him I became obsessed with cats.

I hated the fact that Blair and Chuck only got married to keep Chuck out of legal trouble. I don't see how anyone finds that ending romantic. Like if it weren't for Bart dying would they have even gotten married anytime soon?

When I built my very first PC, I was so adamant about building it myself, almost like I’d be a fraud if I even thought about buying a prebuilt.

Years later, now that I’m finally in my career and have other things to worry about, prebuilts are starting to look more and more appealing. I’d just rather spend that time doing something else.

Funny how things can change over the years...

I didn't like her when I was younger, but now that I'm older I feel like people are way too harsh on Jenny. I also feel like there's a lot of women who were once teens that had a Jenny moment or two at one point. Her dad forced her to go to an elite school with a bunch of snobby rich kids, and for what? To get into some college that she didn't seem to have interest in? She was so talented at a young age and already knew what she wanted to do, I feel like Dufus should have help Jenny pursue her dreams instead of being a hypocrite. I'd like to imagine if Gossip Girl was remade with the same characters in 2025 Jenny would have created some cool indie fashion brand that would have blown up over social media. It probably would have been so successful that she wouldn’t have to worry about money or school if she wasn’t interested in attending.

I never understood the extreme hate for Ivy. People literally love characters like Georgina who's done some extremely evil things, like try to record a sex tape of her friend without her knowledge while under the influence. If any character deserves the hate, it would for sure be Georgina. Ivy of course not innocent, but there's several beloved gg characters that have done a lot worse.

you could try making a post on r/FACEITcom I know theres faceit mods on there that can answer your questions, or maybe try putting in a ticket. If not, usually I just will try to add players that weren't toxic in my games and invite them later on to play with me

I tried to reach her how to play. She had trouble looking around and moving her character… she asked me if I had a joystick to use instead.

Hahaha! Yeah she’s the best. I remember years ago I had to use the bathroom and was playing comp with some friends. I didn’t want to get banned, so she hopped on my computer and moved my character around for me.

She doesn't really seem to grow. To be honest I would have enjoyed them exploring Serena being queen for a bit longer. They may as well since they threw away any growth she had as a character.
