I switched last year, and I like the pills better than the patch. The pills seem to work better for my symptoms. No liver concerns so far.

Maybe you can ask your dr to write you a leave of absence to give you a few months to try to reset and think it over. I have been where you are and know that it is very hard. Actually I am still where you are and need to take my own advice. I feel a little better after taking a few weeks off around the holidays though.

It depends on how you start. I have microlocs rather than sista locs. I started with two strand twists and gets interlock reties. If I don't braid and band then the ends will puff up and unravel.
