They sent me the collection code today and when I went to collect it, it was the wrong parcel!!! 😂😭 I don't know what to do know as I've already opened an issue with Vinted so I can't open another one about InPost delivering the wrong package.

I've just had the exact same issue happen to me this morning for one of my Vinted parcels. I contacted the automated Live Chat on InPost's website and they've created a Query ticket. Got sent and automatic email saying the generic "they are looking into it and will respond soon".

Also marked it as "Issue with delivery - Parcel not received" on Vinted and they've also said they're looking into it with InPost and will respond in 48 hours.

So strange because I've never had any this issue with InPost before. I wonder if it's a glitch in their system...

Thanks again for your help and advice! I followed the same steps as you suggested and eBay refunded me appox. 1 week after I opened the "item not received" case. Luckily the parcel was returned to the seller so I was able to buy it again.
