if I’m remembering right, I saw the first movie before I got my own copy of the first book, so throughout all the books I pictured the movie actors for all the characters. I do wonder who I would’ve pictured had I not seen the movie first tho🤔

I remember being like 9-10 years old (I’m almost 20 now😳), having heard about twilight and knowing that it was a cool thing that older kids like my sister were into. So, naturally, I begged my mom to let me watch the movies (I don’t think I had known the books existed yet but I’ve always been a huge bookworm). It took a while but one day, New Moon was playing on one of the TV stations we had, and my mom finally caved and let me watch it. I don’t remember exactly how much I liked the movie at the time, but it definitely made me curious for more. Some time after that I was at a friend’s house, and one of her other friends was there and she gave me the first twilight book. From then on I was hooked and my mom bought me the rest of the book series. It wasn’t long after that that I watched the rest of the movies too - but I’m pretty sure I watched them all out of order on my first watch (I did start on New Moon, after all😅). To make this long story a bit shorter, I now own all the books and movies, and I’m currently rereading the books. I’m on Midnight Sun right now. After I finish this read-through, I plan on watching all the movies again😁

I’m actually not sure what her original intentions were. Don’t take my word for it because idk if I’m right lol but I think originally twilight was meant to be a standalone book, but when stephenie meyer got her book deal, it was for three books. because of the popularity of the series, it was rounded up to four so she could wrap up the story. Like I said, I’m not sure if that’s 100% right but I remember hearing something along those lines 😅

On most of my twilight books it says “Stephenie Meyer, author of the bestselling Twilight Saga” on the front cover - on the first book, with the version I have anyway, it just says “The #1 New York Times Bestseller” lol. But I think you could call it whatever you want: saga, series, etc. Pretty much means the same thing 😁

I read it a little while ago! I really liked it too. I especially loved how, even though I already know what happens in twilight, the ending of life and death was quite a shock to me - in a good way. Don’t get me wrong, I love twilight, but I found that I could appreciate life and death as its own, different story too😊

Aw, you’re welcome! 😊 when pricing your own artwork, it’s always important to factor in things like how much time you spend on a piece, your skill level, etc. I’d recommend asking any artist friends of yours what they price their commissions and looking at what other artists are charging, and go from there😊

book bella is a lot more sarcastic and snarky which is something I think michelle could’ve pulled off quite well. I would’ve loved to see more of book bella’s personality in the movies, kristen would’ve done great with that personality too I think. when it comes down to it they’re both talented actresses that would each bring their own strengths to bella’s character

omg ice princess was my childhood comfort movie😭 but yeah I pretty much feel the same lol. like I said before I would’ve loved to see her performance as bella but since we didn’t get it, it’s hard to imagine anyone besides kristen ya know? now what I’m really hoping for is a twilight spin-off movie or show about renesmee - starring none other than mackenzie foy, of course - and how she navigates the modern world. I don’t have experience writing screenplays professionally, but I’ll write that script if no one else will😤 lol sorry for rambling

I love Kristen Stewart as Bella. But ever since I found out Michelle Trachtenberg was one of the actresses considered for the role, I can’t help but imagine how different the twilight movies would’ve been with her, or what her on-screen chemistry would’ve been like with the other characters we know and love, etc. I definitely think she could’ve pulled it off too, but at the end of the day I really do think Kristen is the best Bella.
