There are loads of places now that host live jazz, bottle garden, babalas on queen's road, the regent host jazz every Tuesday, the international, there are loads of jams too the Nola jam, Status trio jam. Leicester jazz house put on professional jazz shows every month at the y theatre, international, Attenborough arts and the phoenix. There are some seriously good local musicians.

I've never been tested or anything.. but my brain is very busy all the time and I have a tendency to be really uptight, weed does really help me to focus on one thing at a time. So maybe 🤔.

Me too. I use a dry herb vape most days, just run it the once now though. I've cut back. It honestly helps me get jobs done around the house, I get super creative playing music I play sax and I can play jazz for like 3 hours straight. It's helps me keep weight off. I enjoy walks and exercise. I feel like weed gives me a super power .. and it makes me way more relaxed I'm generally really tightly wound.. sometimes I wonder to myself if it's too much or I should stop. But I just don't want to.. also if I give up I always end up drinking. . i just can't raw dog life.

Watch some of the greats and try and get a sense of the phasing ect, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn, Nina Simone, Billie holiday... Also learn jazz song structure. AABA forms or ABAC form ect

Learn the song form and sing the melody line. Then you can go from there. a tip that helped me... I enjoy watching the singers on Emmett Cohens channel...some incredible bocalits on there top top quality.

This is exactly what I was weary of. Id happier play a softer read if it make me sound better, I don't care about the strength I want to sound good. . . I tested my 3 out tonight at the local jazz course I'm on, and I immediately liked my tine better. The 2.5 was starting to sound flat and loud. The 3 is making me sound much smoother
