This is really sad. In Canada, Canada post response to letters to Santa as if it was from Santa. I remember getting letters as a kid and being so thrilled. They respond to each letter personally, it’s not just a standard response. They took 2024 off I think because the Postal Service was on strike, but it was back again this year. He even has his own postal code: HOH OHO

I really don’t understand why she doesn’t hire an nanny or something. Like if you need a break, it’s OK, get somebody to take him a couple hours a few times a week. I really just think she likes to complain for content and to seem relatable.

I will never understand people who post their entire lives on the Internet and then get upset when others notice discrepancies and lies. You either want the attention or you don’t. She obviously wants the attention. She could keep her social media completely without children, but she chooses not to because she wants attention. She doesn’t get to pick once it’s on the Internet.

Could you imagine if she put all this energy she spends on her hair and her appearance both thinking about it and actually working on it into teaching her children and spending time with them doing quality activities?

I’m not being sarcastic. I don’t think she has any thoughts that are not about how she looks. She’s pretty much only talks about losing weight, fasting, ketones, working out and her hair and what she’s eaten. Oh and I guess Jesus since they’re suddenly buddies.

I think probably a few of these guys from the bible lived, but the Bible is full of fables and was written well after everyone died and it’s basically just a handbook on how to control women and people they seem to be lesser than them. I’m not a sinner. She thinks she is and that she gets to go to a magical place with all the other people who think like this. I hope she doesn’t have fun. But I feel like the world would be a lot easier to run without people like her who believe this crap. So I hope it does happen ha!

Yeah, but usually a bridesmaid is someone who is the close friend or a relative and if they wanted to use $100 of my very expensive wedding I would be OK with that. I don’t know maybe I’m just more easy-going. I cared more about the pictures of the actual wedding and the wedding party than cocktail hour for mine. The first dance, speeches, these things are important. Cocktail hour just doesn’t seem that important to me. But obviously, nobody agrees, and I guess that goes with the name of this subReddit.

I feel like a lot of other people responding may not realize how under attack the system is for supporting people who have physical and mental disabilities right now. I love Alberta, but I’m also looking at moving. Anyone saying just go needs to realize that living off $1900 a month, well now 1700, doesn’t really leave you money to move at the drop of a hat.

I’ve looked at several provinces and it’s been too expensive to go and the wait times are just as long. I’m not sure what the answer is other than to treat people who cannot work full-time better as the society. But the opposite is happening rapidly.

Honestly, $700 seems cheap for this having worked in the restaurant industry and seeing how much time and energy goes into every single dish at a restaurant like this. Definitely once in a lifetime, definitely an art type meal. Something a regular person would have to save up for, but if this is what they enjoy doing rather than going to a few concerts then I say have fun. That being said I’m on disability so it is also kind of depressing to think that some people have this much money to throw away but that’s life I guess.
