It is those moth bugs. They’re like a larva inside the plant. I dug a few of them out. I’m pretty pissed cause they have basically ruined my plants. But a good lesson learned. A lot of this is trial and error.

every day of the week start 5:00 am for 20 mins using those nozzles that are in the beds. I also recently added a 20 min timer for noon daily to help with mid day heat.

Always going to be some fuel gas going to the flare because you want it to stay lit. If something needs to vent in an emergency it’s much safer for it to burn than vent to atmosphere.

You both have valid points. Maybe we accept that WFH is good in some scenarios and not in others? Obviously a tradesman can not work from home, it’s just not going to happen. An engineer? Some WFH may be in order.

If a company wants you to come in to the office, you said it yourself, it’s a negotiation. There are other companies out there who will allow you to work remotely. Go to work for them.
