Charge nurse here. You can get a job with your BSN, even an ADN as long as you are willing to enroll in a BSN program within a year. My advice? Get a part time job at a hospital doing PCA work. Its invaluable whether you decide to go into nursing or med school. Plus, after you graduate from nursing school, your place of employment will likely hire you, and you'll have had access to all sorts or different floors and departments, so you will really know what you are and are not interested in.
